Privacy and cookies

This site is operated by softwaresage d.o.o, Studentski trg 8, Belgrade, Serbia. We are the data controller for anything you send us through it.

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company and message you type, and we keep them only as long as we need them to reply to you. The message reaches us by email through Resend, and as a notification in Telegram so we see it quickly.

If you use the chat, what you type goes to our private Telegram group, and our replies come back to the chat window. We keep the conversation on our server and in that group only as long as we need it to talk to you. Your browser remembers a random chat id so the conversation is still there when you come back; nothing else identifies you.

If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com under their privacy policy and we receive your name, email and the time you chose.

We do not sell, rent or share this information with anyone except the tools named on this page.

We measure visits with Plausible, which we host ourselves. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and cannot identify you across sites. We see page views, referrers and rough country, nothing more.

The site itself sets no cookies. Your theme preference, if you set one, is stored in your browser and never sent to us. If you use the chat, your browser also stores its random chat id, which is sent to us only so we can show you the conversation.

The contact page shows a booking calendar provided by Cal.com. It loads when you open that page. Cal.com sets a few cookies it needs to run the calendar securely, none of them for advertising, and reports technical errors to its error-tracking provider. No other page loads anything from Cal.com. Their privacy policy is at cal.com/privacy.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
